1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between gool11 (bunny11.org) and its users. gool11 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms apply to all services, products, and promotional offers provided by gool11.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on gool11:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account's verification level.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrencies.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering policy.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on gool11:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless specifically approved by gool11 for exceptional reasons.
• Gool11 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an odds error or technical issue. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

• The same event from multiple matches cannot be placed within the same accumulator bet (correlated betting is prohibited).
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Gool11 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. The following general rules apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.

• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gool11 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Exploiting any technical glitches or loopholes in the platform for personal gain
• Using gool11 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users

If any of the above activities are involved, gool11 may forfeit all funds in the relevant account and report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
